Phaphama Initiatives is a Section 21 company (not for gain) with Section 18a Status, and is currently in the process of gaining accreditation as an accredited training organisation in terms of the South African Qualifications Authority.
Phaphama Initiatives has a board of 15 members, an executive committee, and demographic ratios, of both its leaders and staff, that match those of the South Africa as a whole.
